Porsche 911 992.2 GTS - New Car Detail featuring PPF

Straight from OPC Bournemouth and direct to our unit, we took delivery of this brand-new Porsche 911 992.2 GTS for the customer whilst they were away on holiday. With a tight one-week deadline, we applied Xpel’s Paint Protection Film (PPF) to the front end, lower half of the doors, and selective areas on the rear to ensure maximum protection against stone chips, road debris, and environmental contaminants.

Once the PPF was expertly installed, we polished out any imperfections in the paint. Even brand-new cars can suffer from various surface defects, including unfinished painter’s marks, sweating from protective plastic, transit marks, and general handling blemishes. Fortunately, this Porsche 911 required only minor paint correction in certain areas, ensuring a flawless finish before moving on to the next stage of detailing.

The car was left to cure for two days before collection, allowing the coatings to fully bond. The owner was then able to drive away in their Porsche 911, fully protected without any downtime.
