Whilst Snow Foam is dwelling, The engine bay and shuts are brushed clean.

2 Bucket Method Wash
Snow foam is washed free of the body and 2 bucket method safe wash is carried out using all pH Neutral products.

Air Blower
A specialist detailing air blower is used to move the bulk water and dry the gaps and shuts.

Clay Bar
Claybar to remove further contaminants including exhaust fumes and tar

Ceramic Coating
Ceramic Coating is then applied to the body work. Cure time 24hours minimum.

Have you purchased a new car?
At the dealership they will usaully offer you after care packages such as Supaguard, Williams or Autoglym. These attractive packages offer a "detailer style" prep on your new car + a top coat of either wax or a ceramic coating.
Unfortuantely, these coatings are often not applied correctly, and this results in short life span and poor performance . At FCD we are able to provide ceramic coatings which are for professional use only. Professionally applied for a longer durability.

Coating and protecting your vehicle from day one makes your life easier. Your paint stays glossy for longer and most importantly it is easier to clean and maintain. Working with many local dealers we are able to take collection of your new car direct to our Christchurch, UK based detailing studio before anyone else touches it, where we can professionally detail and prepare your car using authorised detailer products including Gtechniq's Crystal Serum Ultra.

Preparing Your New Car

If possible, when brand new, we advise to not have the car washed or prepared by the dealer.
Unfortunately due to the volume of cars they have to prepare, the equipment is often dirty and they simply cannot spend sufficient time required to make your car look how it should! At FCD, our sole focus over the course of a few days will be your car, and your car only, giving it the time it deserves!
Preparing a new car is like any other. On a new car you may experience less dirt and grime, however, contaminants like fall-out, iron and tar can be easily picked up during transit. Just because your car is new, it doesn't mean your paint is perfect!

CRYSTAL SERUM LIGHT
Crystal Serum Light is an entry level ceramic coating by Gtechniq. It provides similar benefits to Serum Ultra, but doesn't have the same durability and will therefore require topping up sooner.
GTECHNIQ
CRYSTAL SERUM ULTRA
Best protection currently available on the market. It can only be applied by a 'Gtechniq Authorised Detailer' such as ourselves, at our Bournemouth based studio. This is backed by Gtechniq's 9 year Guarantee. We recommend topping this with 'EXO'
GTECHNIQ
EXO V4
Exo is a wax alternative, and can be used on it's own, or as a top coat over Serum.
It offers a smooth finish to your paint, rich deep gloss levels and unparalleled beading. It has a good level of durability and will need topping up every 1-2 years
