A returning customer of ours had just purchased this fantastic EV for his wife and wanted a full body XPEL PPF application applied to it. Unlike colour wrapping, PPF does not require any body panels to be removed however, for the most seamless edges we may remove trims. For this Taycan we removed the window trims to ensure the door look edge to edge seamless.
Using XPEL's plotting software the PPF was precision cut out around the rear badge, ensuring a smooth finish and thanks to XPEL's almost optically clear nature, it is hard to notice.
The wheels were removed and coated in Gtechniq's C5 and the entire body was coated in Gtechniq's Halo which is formulated for plastic films.
The interior was brand new and just required a wipe down and vacuum. No additional products were added.
